An intensive Italian Opera course designed for aspiring students, professionals and solo singers of all ages and a student repetiteur. Participants will receive musical, linguistic and stylistic preparation in the Italian operatic repertoire in an idyllic, relaxed setting in southern Italy. The week will be divided into one to one music and language coaching sessions and ensemble and production rehearsals. An afternoon mid week will be set aside to enjoy the sites and beaches of this most beautiful and unspoilt part of southern Italy. The course will culminate in an informal staged concert of opera arias and scenes providing the unique opportunity of performing to Italians in Italian.
